How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Peaceunfortunately Walk-In Tubs wants every person who reaches out to be treated honestly and fairly. If something went wrong, we would like to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You may write to us about:
- Your experience when you phoned or messaged Peaceunfortunately Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The behavior of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something goes wrong with work in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Peaceunfortunately Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or speak for a provider.
How to Reach Us
Email contact@peaceunfortunately.property and include:
- Your name and a way to contact you
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you phoned or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Still Need Help
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also assist. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
